Am I locked into a long contract?
No. We keep it flexible, month-to-month billing with no long-term lock-ins. We want you to stay because the system makes you money, not because you’re tied down by a contract.
Is it hard to set up?
Not at all. We do the full setup for you, from the AI agent to call routing, SMS, and job logging. Most clients are live within a week.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. Your calls still come through your existing number, we just forward them to the AI receptionist when you can’t answer. Nothing changes for your customers.
What if the client doesn’t wants to talk direct to a human?
At the start of every call, the AI receptionist lets callers know they can say ‘human’ at any time to be transferred straight to you. If you’re unavailable, it will politely collect their name and number so you can call them back as soon as you’re free.
Will the AI sound robotic?
No, it’s designed to sound natural and professional, just like a real receptionist. It greets callers politely, asks the right questions, and confirms the details clearly.
What happens if it’s an emergency job?

How much admin will I have to do?

What if I already use a CRM like ServiceM8 or Airtable?
No problem. Jobs can be logged directly into your CRM, keeping everything in one system.
What if my internet goes down?
