Do I need to change my phone number?
No. Your existing number stays the same. Calls are simply forwarded to the AI when you can’t answer, so nothing changes for your customers.
What if a caller wants to speak to a human?
At the start of the call, callers are told they can say “human” at any time to be transferred to you. If you’re unavailable, the AI will politely collect their details so you can call them back when you’re free.
Will the AI sound robotic?

What happens if the call is urgent?

How much admin will this create for me?
Very little. Caller details are captured automatically and sent to you by SMS or email, so you don’t have to chase voicemails or write notes while you’re working.

Yes. For businesses that need it, call details can be sent into existing systems like ServiceM8 or Airtable. This is optional and depends on how you prefer to run your business.
What if my internet goes down?
